How is the best way to get a government grant to start their own businesses?

We want to start our own activities and want to know the best way to get fully funded for about 50,000 $? They do not want to have anything to pay out of pocket to start you want a bag full of government. thanks

It 'hard to find grants to start a business. Unlike the myths that some perpetuate, federal government and even private foundations hardly give grant money to start a business without profit. One possible exception is for companies developing or exporting agricultural products, including food and forest products.
